Dislikes

Very worst company culture. Management decisions are purely biased. Leadership roles are to be given for people who have zero process knowledge. Toxic work culture. People of high experience will be terminated not basis to poor work performance, but if TL don't like an employee he/she will be terminated and obviously no one questions Management as it is completely managed by group of biased people. Policies are different for different people. Diversity rate is very poor.

Marie Joseph the supervisor on the second shift,I never experience a person that supposed to led by example.she is evil don't like her own kind.if u don't agree with her she will get rid of you.with that job u need to be trained.she refuse to approve certain people to work overtime.she will lie on u and blame the 1st shift team leader.its not a good place to work.

I m enjoying the challenges lined up & learning new things every day. I m very lucky to get opportunity in FP&A. Perfect work life balance and Career growth. Supportive and the management is transparent. Company polices are good.

Being a new setup in Chennai, we have abundance of opportunity to create, develop, test and implement our ideas. I am thoroughly enjoying the challenges lined up ahead of me and learning new stuff every day. We are creating a vibrant team and all are working together to accomplish greater things here.
