Very worst company culture. Management decisions are purely biased. Leadership roles are to be given for people who have zero process knowledge. Toxic work culture. People of high experience will be terminated not basis to poor work performance, but if TL don't like an employee he/she will be terminated and obviously no one questions Management as it is completely managed by group of biased people.
