...ke about Bourntec solutions. This is fraud and fake company. Very toxic culture. No don't pay salaries to the employees. The management is totally morons here. They don't know what financial scam is going in their company.

1. Already few cases are registered labour department by few Ex employees for not paying salaries and terminating abruptly. 2. No work life balance. 3. The failed management. The failed to take a control of the operation from one of the Director who is doing lot of financial scams and everybody knows this but no one can do anything. 4. Lay off is very common 5. They don't give experience letter and don't pay salaries after you serve notice period. 6. They IT department already filed a case against Bourntec, since they evade lot of tax during 2022 and 2023 by hiring lot of contractor and allowing them to do moonlighting.

They provided good work life balance, but hardly any project to work upon.

Dislikes

No proper compensation, salary calculation was so poor, i had to pay tax seperately. No proper projects to work on, leaders are least bothered to guide or mentor their employees

Great support and provide potential to advance in career. Good working environment. Nice people here offering help on all aspect of work. Great training session letting us get in touch with edge technologies within the industry.

No Work Culture, No Job security, Least bothered HR and Managers. No Process to follow. I regret joining the company. Please be cautious its a small company with no work-life balance. My reviews may help some one. So please think before joining.

No growth, less job security, no appraisals, lots of politics, False statements by HR.
