...tention to the employees, politics in management, they don't address our issues. Decent salary but no career growth....they won't give a hand to boost up at positioning even if a person who is working hard or smarter whatever

Salary is best, but the management is very poor, they doesn't care for us, they want their job done at any cost.

Management nd compan has not provided any pf as of now, but before it was their, they got it cancelled telling lies that they will give in monthly salary nd didnt sanction that. They don't care about us whether it is raining or curfew in night shift it is any black spot also we want to work. Nd their is no improvement like promotion nd salary hike, what the problem we face they don't listen, they want their job done at any cost.

As soon as the Covid situation came, Bounce was the first company to Chicken Out. Bounce ended my contract without any notice or compensation. There was no consideration about employee's career, or situation.

Bounce will entertain a Freshers and it's a very best best company even they done layoff in covid situation but also I will give 10 out of 10 ratings to bounce. Freshers/Experienced once entered the process they should take training all the companies are looking only experienced candidates but as startup company they hired Freshers and they made all as experienced it's a very best good and excellent company in all feild......

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team, Plus point is that my colleagues come from various backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration
