Totally politics going there, full of flatterers, present MD don't have Technical, Commercial or Administrative knowledge, due to owner's daughter got this position. Nowadays illiterate persons running the company. All knowledgeable persons stacked by present MD. Whatever told by flatterers she follow. Further, she targets and sacks 45-55 years age group, even if person work 20 years or more no see's his contribution. 65+ years age many people still working in their flatterers group but she targets and blame middle ages. Career exploitrators, like admin person replace sales, EDP person purchase so on. That's the reason 40 year's old company, still 25 crores or less turnover.

The entire BOTIL FAMILY is just beautiful, Specially the Design Engineering Department. Very interesting, skillful and friendly behaviour staff works here. I was glad to be a part of this thing technical family, unfortunately I'd to leave from here for a personal reason. But My staff is Gold for me.♥️😊

My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. And I hope my company is improving continuosly
