Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and Management is transparent. Company policy are good,appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Management is very visionary. Employees are highly skilled and experienced.

Everything was dislike No value for hardworking people. If you have management skills by managing calls in simply sitting in home means you will grow. If you were hard worker waste of using working here. Filled with nepotism from top level to bottom level. No place for genuine people. Less salary more working hours. No weekoff. Need to work for 24hrs on alternate Sunday. No rest areas, they won't even provide furniture. Complete 12hrs you need to stand. Group politics, personal grudge, targetting genuine recruitment guys was high.
