Salary on time. Of course they offer very less salary but it will credited on time.

A very low graded company. Like seriously management looks more deeply into employee personal life but not into professional life. All they want to know is what he is doing, whom he is talking to, and all other non sense, I felt it like a prison For showoff they have all the Food standard certificates, international certificates, of course which they bought with money. Recently they got certified as Great place to work, for which they spent many lakhs. In Terms of material they do buy material at cheaper cost from local companies and sell it to foreign companies showing that they have processed on their own. They have many big officials from the Industry to show that they have capacity to process anything. Inactual they don't process anything. You will feel very pressurized here because they don't have systematic work, there will not be any coordination among departments at all and still they expect to complete within time. Every month they introduce new policy, which focuses on taking away employee's benefits. They don't want any employee to be benefitted at all.

One excellent CEO sir joined. he did many things in short time to company and people. But management and other two jokers in BD and HR do politics and act they know everything. ceo canot take nonsense and resigned and one senior director also resigned. now we have to see what these management jokers do. hopeless company

Botanic is a trading company that i joined many years ago. Only recently they claim that they are a manufacturing company just producing 2-3 products. Good marketing. Poison atmosphere in the corporate office. OK atmosphere in factory.

Dislikes

No manufacturing process. R&D will send the process through whatsup and we follow the same. No manufacturing records and only when customers come for audit, we start writing records. No quality records either. We would have failed in the FDA audit if CEO sir is not there and not guided us how to manage the situation.

a lot of things. first of all this company not able to hire and retain any senior leaders. lot of politics, gossip and no growth in this company. today even one of the very good CEO has resigned. we all know it is due to politics by MD, shiv sir and hr gm sir. they cannot run the company or allow anyone to do their job. just want to show off. many more senior leaders will also go. company is growing only doing 420 business. bad days have started and company will be bankrupt soon. i strongly advise every one to not to join this failing company.

Mourning day for all the employees. Good ceo sir who was helping the company to progress is resigned today. All employees dissapointed and don't know what to do.

Dislikes

MD and their nature. Internal politics and gossip. MD secretary collect the information and send to MD all the gossip and politics in the company. No moral only survival.
