You can't expect a promotion at all. Management doesn't care about full time employees , no options for skip-level discussion. preferences given to vendor/contractor, they will tell you what to do. Micromanagement issue.

There were no pay cut during the covid. The company provided a lot of covid benefits, incentives, covid kit, travel benefits to employees. Managers are never quirky if you ask for leaves it gets granted quickly.
