Nothing specific . There is a lot scope of improve the system ( dead inventory & live inventory bifercation, need to improve the customer TAT , need to fix the unique SKUs codes, take actions on returns etc

I joined as Manager for Bangalore but they promoted verbally regional manager without extra compensation. When the problem comes no one take responsibility to resolve it . Its just push to another department no perminent solution to avoid the future issues .

Concept is good as a startup .

No promotions no hikes no salary upgradation no incentives!! Concept is good but management is poor No management of CEO over quotations team, product manager, procurement and logistics. Many loop holes!! Sales people are going with unloaded gun as there is no price information for each item need to take price from quotation which takes so long time that customer takes from other vendor . If the price is matched procurement process is too lengthy, no mutual communication with logistics, the only good is logistics team where delivery is fast. Internal politics!! New hierarchy from North Head to Area Manager is worst for North many people resigned due to unnecessary politics and blame game.

No one will ask you what you are doing. No mapping of stats . It's ram rajya. Work there only if you do not have any other options

Trust on management. They will wake up one day and say that you can leave the job from tomorrow.

We are responsible for ordering follow up payment follow delivery follow up. Its like apart from sales we are responsible for every thing. Now they are checking our personal bank account because they think doctors did payment in our personal account and employees are taking outstanding amount in their personal account.

Everything. It's been more than 4 months since I resigned with all the procedure done, I did not get FnF and experience letter. When I tried to contact HR team they don't respond neither on call nor on email. They even won't entertain if you personally visit them. Very unprofessional people. Harassing for no reason.
