Nothing. The. Office looks like a shit show. No clean cabins. No space to work. Have to sit on sofa and work. Hire more clowns and run a circus .

...ess pay. Top management is literal shit. I made a mistake joining this company. Salary is transferred on 10th of every month or later. No one stays here. Everyone keeps quitting hence they always have new opening. Don't join this company if you have self respect.

Bad leadership, lack of resources even to do basic work, delayed salary, (In fact they haven't given my last month's salary even after 2 months of resignation and not even responding to any emails and calls), also they say incentives are there but you never receive it., biased, toxic workplace, If you're talented, avoid working here. No growth and promotion, only demotion, Total Fraud.

...hey are doing. A few reasons why BIA is a bad company. You can be fired anytime. Your first salary comes between 17th to 20th of the month. The normal salary day is 13/14th of every month. Morning punch in time is fixed but leaving time isn't. They have a habit of taking individual reporting where all the 180/200 people stand in q and do the shit. I have never been able to understand why? Like why? Bhai, jaane do ghar insano ko time pe. If you don't achieve target, your salary gets deducted. They don't provide salary slips/pf or any basic employee benefits services. Too much politics and favoritism. No training, nothing given. Read brochures and clear your mock calls. If you don't, you're done. All the reviews and everything you see on their social media and everywhere else is fake. The funny part is, I am aware that this one is going to be taken down too or they will ask all the employees to report it and my own ex colleagues will do the same so they don't lose their jobs. (I also know Half of them are smiling shamelessly reading this) The ones who are worked, most of them are stuck and looking for better opportunities which is definitely there outside BIA and to the new ones, please aur kahi karlo. Kyun kharab karni hain apni life? Inki toh hain nahi, tumhari bhi kharab kar dege.

Met some great collegues, but the managent is ride and horrible to everyone. They will hire you at a lucritive pay and then disrespect you, wont let you work well, and then fire you and not release your dues

Rude, erratic management with zero knowledge of how anything works. Disrespectful and use dirty abuses to employees.
