Culture Ambiance No thumb rule for increments and incentives Top level management very rude except some Some managers are selfish, no leadership qualities at all, they are there with the company since many years just because of jack Top level Management not aware what exactly going on at ground level( As front end manager not able to show for his team) For your company work also you will have to beg to your teams at head office! Although vision of Boss is very nice, some people in the hierarchy will not let him do it. Request to management: Pl find these people and have strict action against 'em
