There is a ot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2years before which yuou can not resign.

On job training given to the employees. Work environment and culture is superb. Bonus given every year. Company policies are good. Always accept the ideas coming from employees for the betterment. Encourage employees to do good.

Culture Ambiance No thumb rule for increments and incentives Top level management very rude except some Some managers are selfish, no leadership qualities at all, they are there with the company since many years just because of jack Top level Management not aware what exactly going on at ground level( As front end manager not able to show for his team) For your company work also you will have to beg to your teams at head office! Although vision of Boss is very nice, some people in the hierarchy will not let him do it. Request to management: Pl find these people and have strict action against 'em
