I joined BOSS in the very early days and love working here so much. I constantly have new and interesting projects to decide how to approach my work, which is a huge in a good way from my previous company. Our leadership cares a ton about everyone here. They work really hard and are always there when I want to talk to someone about my work, an idea, or just catch up. I love working somewhere where there is such a strong vision for the brand and where the cofounders are so transparent and accessible. In addition to our cofounders, we are lucky to have strong and experienced leaders.

Dislikes

As it's a start-up organisation no dislikes, whatever the company does to the employees before execution the management will be discussing with everyone in the town hall. Every month we'll be having a town hall over there the management will discuss the points with the employees then the policies or the discussed decisions will be executed. There are recent negative reviews which are not a true representation of Boss Staffing Solutions, and it's a bummer that someone would try to damage our company's reputation by saying untrue things, Women's safety is more important and we do take care of it precisely. so don't believe them come and experience the truth.

Very cheap office with ridiculous policies. Every employee works hear are wicked. There is no culture at all. Every male employee hits on a female employee and forces to be her Girlfriend. Cheap low class people. Rather manager office boy takes care of everything. Leaves are not given properly. Team leaders are useless

They blindly believe if a allegations or complaints are made they don’t think about the person who was been blamed, I don’t know who is Manager or Assistant manager here but the person has totally given fake reviews on this company just because he loses his position or job, but when he speaks with users he always tell shit about the company and miss lead everyone. Waaa and no words to the directors over here they simply the best because even CEO’s like elon musk, Microsoft CEO, google CEO even they can not compete with directors who are in boss staffing solutions they are best in this world.

Not as per standards and no professionalism regarding work, being is higher position person shouldn't have ego or harsh attitude that will not help for the growth of the company I strongly suggest to the person to change the attitude. And dont belive people arround infront of you they speak negatively about management but when it comes to reviews they act in different way.

Nothing is good there ...they are just playing with the life of other. Only the part is management is blind and one who no licking can get everything no matter if he/she is capable or not. Because they are fool

They are fully baised & dictators. It seems they are running a school or college.there 2-3 people who know how to do buttering so they are getting positions. In terms of working skills they have nothing but yss they are good in licking. The condition is that if you raise any complaints against them to the management. Management will start judging you because they are blind and dumb now. They think everyone is labour we have bought them. Everything will collapse soon
