Excellent company for beginners to gain experience of MNC, Company will give you good food, better transportation, salary is enough and more than any company offered for diploma candidates, associates are verry kind and supportive overall good company.

Dislikes

There no hope for Permanent or Full time jobs only Contracts or Apprenticeship. There nothing in the name of skill development they will give you one department for one year. Company will give good facility to survive but all the doors for your future will be closed.

First priority only for permanent employees Managers and supervisors don't give respect to contract labours, they always dominating and blackmailing with contract labours Security head is not at all good, they don't know how to respect humans and they don't have minimum commonsense. Always partiality between permanent employees and contract labours

In my experience it is the Best company i ever saw..and also Some most Of Employees and FLM are supportive to trainees In working area.In bidadi canteen Is worst they are giving wors food..But audugodi canteen is Excellent.They can taken one more steps to control Covid-19 than other companies.They are giving masks,Body temperature,sanitizer and also security is very very strict Thanks to Them.But management they dont even think about trainees problem & they dont care about trainees. In Covid-19 situation they taken all the safety measures Thanks To Them..

1) first of all they Are giving Bad food canteen is waste 2)They Didn't giving Any compensation to trainees 3) The management is didn't care about trainees.they didn't think we are also workes 4)They are not Treating like trainees they treating like contract workers 5) first of all please provide Proper food to employees They are the seniors & they are aged persons. They are not teaching anything to trainees.

...wed to stay longer period, later quality of work was not comparable due to this. Now there is job security, salary is not satisfactory. now the people working are having some one or other as god father are surviving, which is against Bosch policy.

HR management is horrible and when it comes to Salary don't expect too much very minimal they will increase. One suggestion is that don't join this company as a fresher if you joined it's a wrong step.
