Bosch Limited is massive organization. There are various sub companies and departments. I worked as Author. The work environment sucks! Colleagues are OK. (You can't expect them to be good). You will get chance to interact with others at USA, Europe, etc. Company policies are getting change to suit GPTW.

...d still not get appreciated rather you would receive more work of others too. Salary hike: There is NO genuine process for salary revision. It all depends on your manager decision, if your image is good then you might get little more (8-9) hike compared with avg hike (6-7). Office politics: As usual, there are office politics, if you report then you are gone! You will get convinced the issue lies with you not because of others (Be careful on this!).

All are good nice work culture no stress we can work flexible

HR management is horrible and when it comes to Salary don't expect too much very minimal they will increase. One suggestion is that don't join this company as a fresher if you joined it's a wrong step.

Work culture in majority of teams is good. Work life balance is great. Gives flexibility of associates to explore their interest. Flexible timings. International connect. Onsite opportunities are commendable.

Low salary. Office politics ans promotion not transparent. Recent times market conditions impacted onsites.

There’s plenty of scope to learn through the company’s learning Center programs. They have an auto approval of leaves and time corrections.

...ter showing good performance. Many people stay in the same level for many years. Except for the last 2 years, the salary hikes have been below standards.
