Theere is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Onthe job training is not given to new joinees

U can totally improve on only indoor worker... But outdoor worker means Bosch and Siemens home appliances technician verry poor salary ... PF and ESI facilities not include ..but hevey risk on outdoor worker in Bosch please provide on PF and ESI facilities on Bosch and Siemens Home appliances technician... HR management is horrible and when it comes to Salary don't expect too much very minimal they will increase. One suggestion is that don't join this company as a fresher if you joined it's a wrong step.

Work culture in majority of teams is good. Work life balance is great. Gives flexibility of associates to explore their interest. Flexible timings. International connect. Onsite opportunities are commendable.

Low salary. Office politics ans promotion not transparent. Recent times market conditions impacted onsites.
