Good work environment and culture . Company policy are good Job security is safe Working safety is good and quality is excellent 👍 management also good Company security and canteen nice

Theere is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Onthe job training is not given to new joinees

The amount the knowledge I got working in Bosch is beyond my words. I love the working culture also.

... my disappoinment. I had worked equivalent or more than an engineer for last 1.5 years but I felt insulted at times and salary was also low based on work and responsibilities.

For learning there are lots of opportunities and trainings are also organised. Company's ethics are very strong

Dislikes

Salary increments are not so encouraging, New product development is very rare. Since most projects are coming from Germany directly.

The nature of work and the system of the company. Which cannot be reworked if something happens with the product ! Onec it get bad so scraped by analysis team 👍 and the facilities of the canteen and transportation

The salary is likely decent and they have working up on it meeting is going on and if someone new trainee come after the completion of the training they don't take them as employee 🙁

U can totally improve on only indoor worker... But outdoor worker means Bosch and Siemens home appliances technician verry poor salary ... PF and ESI facilities not include ..but hevey risk on outdoor worker in Bosch please provide on PF and ESI facilities on Bosch and Siemens Home appliances technician...
