The nature of work and the system of the company. Which cannot be reworked if something happens with the product ! Onec it get bad so scraped by analysis team 👍 and the facilities of the canteen and transportation

The salary is likely decent and they have working up on it meeting is going on and if someone new trainee come after the completion of the training they don't take them as employee 🙁

...d Job security Company, Bosch policies are good, Working culture also very good. If you would like to settle any one of the company with average salary Bosch is good one. Leave policy is good. carrier growth average. I would recommend any one to join Bosch. CTC and variable will pay what they are committed. Critical situations also Bosch can stand stable.

Carrier growth slow and salary. Suddenly move to technology less projects for manager full fill their job. I did not find much dislike in Bosch , because Bosch policies are good.

Its really great place to work if you want to sustain and grow slowly. Job security and take care of employees always great. I strongly recommend to work at bosch to know the values for few years

The company which will given proper training before work and paying out the salary is low.

HR management is horrible and when it comes to Salary don't expect too much very minimal they will increase. One suggestion is that don't join this company as a fresher if you joined it's a wrong step.
