Bosch as a company is paying 500INR/Month as a broad band allowance starting from June till December, other than this no other tangible benefits are given to the employee. Infact during the mid of COVID we had a pay cut of ~10% across all the levels for two months ( May & June) the decision which was taken back by management after severe criticism by fellow employees..

...nted bosses. Sad part is even after taking EVR they hold grudge against you. Bad bosses do not pay but infact are paid more Bosses exploit their subordinates to the max. Company as whole is good but due to such bosses and their dirty politics smart people leave the company.
