...e to became permanent employee if you join as graduate apprenticeship trainee. Over salary you get and the life you live in bosch as well in nashik is at par of any other city of this country. But at the end of the day you have to find new job for you after completing one year.

Working in BOSCH is dream for some of bachelor but beside good package and working in department like process development, industrial engineering, design engineering is best i.e. good skill development lot of brain work required working in these department is challenge. But other than these department working ins terrible continue nights shift , overtime, working on Sunday, no appreciation for work, no recognization of your hard work. At last I would like to say if you want good salary it is best job ever.But if you have to grow in particular field you need to switch.
