I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere, and I actually enjoyed going to work each morning. I felt that the leadership team was great too. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections.

I have joined from feb, till now i have learned so many things which help me to increase my confidence and i am learning more day by day.

This now i didn't see anything which i dislike in company but there is one dislike, there is no job security.

Fine to worked at lock down duration - mainly maintaining social distance in all places inside the campus, by providing work from home.

Air conditioner to be switched off during covid suituations, by without providing any ventilation facilities.

Asm Like sumit jaiswal will never help you to grow. He will always force you to do 18 hour work without any extra incentive. No support form any internal employee. If you want to switch , he tell other company asm /rsm not to take this boy.

bosch power tools organization is excellent but those who r in external employee ,they don't have received other benefit like growth incentive ,no one take responsible for increment other wise internal employees are friendly and work culture is marvelous.
