Compensation is always level below compare to market trend and location. Can't expect normalization to be happen. Any internal Support from HR will be happen very slow. Even you can get an update from a government office faster. And Bosch (many MNC's) a process oriented organization. So learning happens only with your own effort.

Compensation is below market and growth is slow. The work is uninspiring , clerical job. There is no onboarding and laterals struggle to learn the new domain. Only those who do chamchagiri get onsite or other opportunities. Seniors take credit for work done by people under them

They provide breakfast, lunch and snacks - fixed menu, but free. Depends on team to team - If you get a good team, the work life becomes tolerable.

Most of things are okay, Food is good, but they are also planning to cut off that. Work pressure is not there in atleat my team.

No hike. 4 days office compulsory. No promotion no bonus. But so many rules and regulations. Always comes with new rules for not growing the associates.
