Located at centre of the city. Can apply for leave on the same the day you wish to take it. Process is good. Process defines your work boundary very well. Food is good and hygiene. Work life balance is good in some teams, but terrible in some other teams. Good place for those who aspire to be managers.

POLITICS! POLITICS and only POLITICS. Salary and rate of hike is the worst. Complete politics for ON-Site opportunities. Those who deserve will never get it. No respect for technical career path oriented associates. It is definitely not a good place for technical career enthusiasts, absolutely not. You will be forced towards management career path. They have tools to that does the job like calculations and analysis for you and all you have to do is enter the data and see the result. Process is too complex and will take most of your time away not letting you concentrate on technical activities. Some work very hard and some hardly work and the hard working will never get what they deserve. Career growth is poor. Repeated task, even senior members have to simple, cheap and repeated tasks. Talent and experience is not recognised and simply wasted. It is not easy to get a team change. Managers have no technical knowledge. Managers have poor judgement capabilities about employees

They provide breakfast, lunch and snacks - fixed menu, but free. Depends on team to team - If you get a good team, the work life becomes tolerable.

The company culture is deteriorating every year. Company is moving to give days work from office culture, the food options are reducing, salary hikes are unsatisfactory.

Most of things are okay, Food is good, but they are also planning to cut off that. Work pressure is not there in atleat my team.

No hike. 4 days office compulsory. No promotion no bonus. But so many rules and regulations. Always comes with new rules for not growing the associates.
