Back then technology was good to learn.Free food but less compensation.

Dislikes

The first year of joining the management will make you work day night weekens.12 hours work plus weekend without compensation. Management is unskilled and are in the position not based on skills but for the duration they worked. No work-life balance. The focus is more on boss favourite or native instead on the real contributors. Hiring is extremely biased. Especially for females.

Hello all, I joined Automotive industry as a fresher in 2021. Currently I am a Senior Engineer in the same company with 3.5 Yoe( 8.9 LPA). I am experienced in C++ linux development, Android Development, Unit testing , integration testing , etc. The current situation in the company is degrading with no future scope and less projects.
