Work culture is very relaxed in some teams, and in other it can be very hectic. But in general one can have good work life balance. There are lot of different technologies and domains , so one can get good opportunities by internal job rotation, also opportunities to travel outside (Germany). Good job security .

Dislikes

There is room for HR policies to improve . Compensation is average. Management is mediocre at best. After a certain experience level, the growth can be saturated if you only focus on technical roles

The work life balance that Robert Bosch gives is excellent, their technologies and process are very interesting to work with. There is always a lot of scope for innovation.

Politics remains everywhere. The salary compensation are very average when compared to the market.

In terms of recognitions, salary, promotions is not at all good. Management works here for the betterment of their business and don't even consider about employee's growth.
