Dislikes

Everything depends on your manager, so if her doesn’t want you to change the department, how much ever good you are at work, doesn’t help. No succession planning for growth. No growth path for most of the departments. So you keep doing the same thing for the rest of your life.

Rules are different in local ME subsidiary than German HQ. CEO & CFO come every 4 years and impose lot of unwanted norms which hamper consistency in growth by all aspects.
