The good thing is they will provide very precious hard drinks during anual party, team mates are good.

The training program is very less, no job security, a lot of travel expenses and high risk of not getting reimbursed, high risk of not getting salary, they will never say to leave job, they will hold salary and will say due to technical fault, and will make employee travel & work with ownself money.

There is so many things that I learned with in 4 Years to connect this organization. How I build relation to the user. Installation of medical equipment, troubleshoot the equipment,work on the SQL

Too much time taken for a growth.I have been spend my 4 Years there but it doesn't work.

Don't have a professional culture inside the company but if you are close to director definitely you are going to get good treatment. If don't have any option to may go for it

The only thing I liked the tag of being a part of an USA based organisation even that satisfaction also vanished when I came to know that it's all fake. Just go an see their head office in USA and Germany. They promise to be a USA company just ask them to organise a talk with USA office Head or the CEO of "Borze Inc.". All fake. Your money is deducted like anything and with your money they enjoy. Borze is the synonym of HELL.

Working environment was pathetic. your seniors will abuse you. HR policy was total shit. Without training company think that you could sale their product very well. Zero career growth. They deduct salary even your expenses without any proof.
