There is always stock issue. But you must able to achieve your target anyhow. No matter there is stocks available or not.

The company will provide a good pay to the employees. But now a days this also not happening.

The top level management will play lot politics. Without reality & logical thinking they will take the decisions which is hurting lot of down level people. Some are corrupted & partiality to Maharashtrians etc.

Nothing, while Interviewing the Candidates they offer particular profile however after joining the organisation the Profile is completely changed

They deduct the Variable pay without any genuine reason, and when asked for reason, the HR Head tries to interpret the Employment clauses as per their wish. I completely wasted my relocation expenses and incurred additional losses

Collegues are Good and just like Family. Good salary Hike.

Dislikes

Worst work life balance. No time personal space. Need to carry laptop everywhere. Even have to do work daily even when you are on the vacation/sick.

Very bad behaviour of all Department head. Zero safety in plant. Shift schedule is very bad. All day daily doing 14 hour duty. Company joinig time say 8 Hour but actually 14 hr duty.
