1. Brand team licks the faces of clients and tries to impress them at the cost of the internal team's peace of mind. 2. Won't get a chance to work on projects you want, instead will stick you with monotonous work. 3. Recognition goes to only a couple of people who are the management's "pets". 4. You are on your own. Everyone is kept busy and stressed that results in zero employee bonding. 5. Some office rules are not applicable to the "pets". 6. They will make you do extra work if found capable, without admitting that it's exceeding what you are supposed to do.

Hi everyone, I was a motion graphics designer in this company ,I am really ashamed to say I even stepped foot into this company,it is by far the worst company I have been to,there is no management system here they just claim to give work on the go and keep extending it and make you work over time like they own you , another fun fact about this company is that the higher authorities drink liquor right on the thire table and smoke everytime they go out , if you would like to stay healthy and fit in life please kindly be elsewhere

Good clients to work for from different industries like BFSI, Real estate, FMCG, Pharma, Consumer durables etc. Good office location

Dislikes

Work culture, Poor Management, no employee benefits like PF, insurance, bonuses etc . Poor policies, no proper HR/admin department that can work on some employee fun activities and motivation. There's extreme toxic work culture. This organisation mostly work with juniors so that the financial burden is less, as the freshers get only 2.4 l.p.a at max. The work quality and output is poor along with missing timelines and eventually losing clients.

There is a lot of politics inside the company, senior employees dominate new employees and ruin their image. There is no job security they can fire you anytime.

Toxic environment Toxic employees Bosses are not friendly and they talk bad behind your back
