... dinner nothing, No good projects and no latest tech stacks you will get here. Even to get your own variable pay you need to compulsory complete one certification every year. HR bunch is waste they won't create any interesting employee connection program. What you can expect is only WORK WORK AND WORK. TOTALLY a booring company to work on. And they got acquired from TechM so it might be gonna even more worst in future. This year hike is getting delayed by 3 months without any Valid reason. Only good thing about the Born is - "The APAC head" for front end team, he supports and back the front team by heart and he keeps motivating and cheering the team like anything. The only best manager I have seen in my career.

It was a great company at nice location in Pune. Peers were helpful and cheerful. Appraisal was little better than average and they had fixed salary and no variable. So compensation wise also it was a great company to work.

Nothing to dislike. Only thing that BORN commerce is officially acquired by Tech Mahindra in 2022.

They have offices at big cities like Bangalore, Pune.

Totally unprofessional. They have taken 2 weeks to only discuss about offer. they didn't value talent of the candidate instead they focus how we hire candidate in less package. HR team is totally liar. make false promises.

You can work with the best and the worst people, and it's upto you if you want to learn, or fight the system, or have an ego bash up. You can do all 3 as well. Some people are good - talented and down to earth and very helpful and kind, while the rest are just terrible. The company is an overblown startup with the longest-serving people having 'larger than life' or 'too big to fail' status using f words and running their arrogant mouth on calls. The xcuse it that they built this company, while really it was made after stealing resources from another company named photon. What's cool about using 'f word' at work I don't know. These people never heard the saying 'work is god' or probably they will use the f word in a church, temple, mosque, gurudwar?

...rewed up and hence had to ask your team members to remove from the case studies. First should come ethics, then your company (TechM pays out your f ing salary for god sakes, so work for them in THEIR deals), then god, then your commissions, in that order please.

Likes

BORN deals with eCommerce companies only so get lots scope for design/tech learning related to shopping websites. Get opportunities to work with words giant product companies.

Dislikes

Poor salary and scope for promotion and hike. They just need job to be completed and shine in eCommerce market.
