Toxic Culture, starting from top Sanjay Shenoy, Neha n many others in the management are extremely toxic and will treat you like their slave. Zero job security, I have seen almost 8 people leaving abruptly within 8 - 10 months (either they were asked to leave immediately or they left for a better company) which is not quite usual. Talking about learning here, dont even think of it, since you are expected to work like robots you just follow whats instructed to you and dont use your head or else you are not the right employee as per them. Just another startup with toxicity at its peak and nothing to learn. If you want to make your life hell do join this company. The senior management is extremely toxic, and not capable of running a business. They are great actors though. They will show that they care and that they are willing to do this and that, but when the time comes, they will push you off the ship without a life jacket. Being a startup, they have laid off almost 50 people in the last year alone, and still are hiring. They promoted trainees and interns the same time they fired other full-time employees. Their agenda is to get cheap labor, but their brand positioning is excellent work.
