Nothing is to like in BorgWarner udyog vihar. Worst culture i have seen in my carrier.There is no team work. There is a other department interference. There is so much dirty politics. And production manager is not respecting the worker.

Dislikes

Ther is no team work. The production department head involved in HR activity. There safety records are also fake . There is so much dirty politics. And production manager have no sence how to behave with workers
