Double standard rules one is Army act for descipline and another is CCS for salary Despite clear cut verdict of Supreme court of India in 1984 to remove disparity if any still persist.There should be a self rules of organisation like Railway and MES

...so good. Outside employment and deputation is ban for first 10 years of service. Different pay and allowances for same work between army pers in BRO and GREF pers.

Outside employment is ban. Slow promotion. Less allowances.

Rampant corruption, earning money from vendors & that money gets distributed from top to buttom.

I dislike nothing here you don't have to touch your salary till retirement what more you want man. Only earn, earn & earn. But you must know how to count cash notes faster.

...environment and nice teammates who are supportive hard worker, menagement is as govt polices appraisal are fair, salary as per post occupied bonus every year as announced by govt

Lot of policies salary required to be review ed as per work and responsibility assigned career growth is slow, delay in decision making
