Dissatisfied a bit about work life balance, as a SRE I have to stay alert at everytime it's a good thing for career growth but I am missing my personal things in life at sometimes.

I don't like the way they treat people. They show lot of attitude

Dislikes

Managers attitude towards employees. Lack of technical knowledge to managers makes them foolish. They don't know what action been taken by engineers still they question on the things. Idiotic behaviour.

Likes

It's been excellent journey so far. High on culture and learning. Managers and the team are very supportive. Pay is on par with the market. PTO, Leave policies and Benefits are good as well.

Dislikes

Work can be overwhelming sometimes. Recent layoffs contributed to fragile situations and a bit of trust issues on the direction of the company, but they seem to be addressing it. Overall still a small to mid sized company heavily focused in the north American market.
