Its a good company. But most of the employees & even the managers do not have basic knowledge about the process. The atmosphere of company helps sychophantic employees rather than honest & intellegent employee. If someone opposes to manager or directors point of view. The company target him/her to throw out from office on the name of cost cutting.

...d even we have to take permission from manager or director for switching on ac . Also do not provide any facility like Incentive, Double pay on holidays etc.

Nothing to like about other than wages provided.

... group and running the company and targeting other employees for no good reason. Also the company is too small and no perks or benefits provided other than the salary.

Everything is fine with me in Boomerang Global. Good Salary Hike, No burden for the work.Regular work assignment and complete it within a time manner.

No job security. Ones project is lost then employees job is no more there.They directly remove the employees from the organization in one day even they have not given the Salary of 2 months that how can that employee will survive bcoz in todays date everyone having some responsibility or some loans so its very bad culture of this organization.

I like how they kick you when they lost any project in which you are working or not

When i am working their. That time they lost one project and next day the asked me and 5 more people to leave them on the same day. We asked to pay the one ore two months salary if not possible at least give us a notice period. But no they are on their own just drop resignations or we just terminate you

No one is supportive here. Owner is good but he will listen to manager's words only.

Dislikes

No increments, no insurance, no allowances, no IJP , no travelling facilities, no happiness no any other facilities. Manager doesn't care about your hard work and dedication and HR don't give a shit about you that if employees facing any problems
