New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. ...pany rather than an actual team leader, He himself doesnt know what he is doing. Some elements in the company are just for the sake to take salary they dont do anything at all.

Being an honest man i wont tell lies but Bookchor really needs improvement in there office culture as they are hiring always no employees wants fo work there because they themselves create a situation that employees tends do leave.

You'll feel like home. I have worked with founder and co-founder of Bookchor and I must say that they are amazing. The work environment is very nice. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

Work -life balance is really good management supportive in this domain.

First time I saw no proper process to handle inventory. Even after highlighting this to management number of time no serious action were taken to stop inventory loss. Inventory supervising person don't have any experience and interest in all this.
