Company progress up to leap & bounds, Salary and other benefits from company are good, All department are fine except finance and Purchase upto my knowledge n belief

Dislikes

U can't maintain ur personal life, especially in finance And Purchase it's a nightmare...! Don't even dare to think joining this 2 department, they treat like slave, u can't take leave as u want and they will put unnecessary pressure and Harres employees for petty issues, others department are ok!

Nothing to like just money if you are joining this company negotiate and you will get good package and start to search new job after 2 - 3 years

Run, follow up for dispatch, travel travel and travel forget personal life

1. Job Security is Fine. 2. You can learn many things about product since here many product varieties available. 3. Salary & Compensation based on your previous experience.

Dislikes

1. Extended work hours always. 2. Sunday working in Month ends if you working in Assembly / Production. 3. Shouting Culture for everything. 4. Systematic approach is lacking

Likes

There is no benefits to management catagory like engineer and senior engineer. No compensation for extra hours of working, bad culture of staying back late night, wrong HR policies.

Dislikes

...ve 65 leaves all will get lapsed. No payment for lapsed leaves. No Diwali bonus. Cost cutting destroying company culture.no team outings.

... management, engineers. Food quality is low grade No compensation for engineer No bonus Wrong hr policies No earned leaves above 65 can be availed. No fixed criteria for promotion. Rather its given based on conditions like if you threat them you are leaving then only promotion triggers. Promotion is not self driven.
