Micro Management Culture in the company. Top Management is Non Technical and involve in day to day work and spend whole day in unnecessary wasteful Meetings. Who who analysis instead of Why why Analysis. Hire and Fire Approach towards Employees and HODs. Pathetic work Environment. HR has only task of Doing PA jobs for Top Management. Bonatrans group is welknow in Europe for quality products

Dislikes

Finance people involved in technical aspects of each department and raising unnecessary questions result waste of time and HR is also pressuring employee to act as per Finance team. MD's behaviour towards employee is not good and all employees are always in fear of job loss.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
