The company’s questionable practices involve assigning full time salary to trainees , who later discover that after three months of training, they are expected to work on projects requiring 5 years of experience. This is facilitated through a false identity , exposing employees to potential legal consequences .

Likes

Working culture is really nice and they are offering good salary packages according to the performances. Cooperative seniors is a plus.

Dislikes

Some of the tasks management needs to do after working hours but yes, if you work hard after office timings, the company will provide you many flexibility and other benefits.

Only thing to like is that they give opportunity to guys with gap. but they will also fire you after 6 months

Dislikes

They hire people only for 6 months , they will hire 10 guys make them work day and night for 6 months then fire them or maybe keep 1 and fire other 9 Will ask to submit your documents for security bond . They won't be honest about the project, they will say that you are hired for some project (that is entirely different from the skill set or position you were hired for) and after some time you will find out that you are hired on a contract for another company. This can happen that you are hired as a developer and then you will be working as a data entry operator.

Gave me a good opportunity to start my career in AI ML domain. They are having lot of ongoing inhouse projects which contains AI ML work. As compare to other companies they are having more solid foundation in Software Engineering.

The one thing which I personally dislike is a little uncertainty in regards to job security.
