Well there's nothing upright into it. You're paid less and work timings exceed the time allocated.

Dislikes

No salary benefits. Poor appraisal. Not a good start for freshers. After experience in other company u can demand for higher amount but not for freshers.

Bekar company to work with. Seniors Don't have professionalism while talking. No 1to1 management. They talk bad about ur personal life behind u. Files pending for last 3 yrs,still they don't want to hire more ppl. They dont know how to retain employees. No bonus.

Good platforms for freshers as it is a great stepping stone, Working environment is fine but depends on your department & Job security is almost 100% untill you goof up something real big with stocks or data.

My team mates was good salary was also good environment also was good

My profile was student relationship executive and it was like keep on calling per day there was 150 calls so i don't think it will make growth so i am looking for some other field back office job
