Bekar company to work with. Seniors Don't have professionalism while talking. No 1to1 management. They talk bad about ur personal life behind u. Files pending for last 3 yrs,still they don't want to hire more ppl. They dont know how to retain employees. No bonus.

Good platforms for freshers as it is a great stepping stone, Working environment is fine but depends on your department & Job security is almost 100% untill you goof up something real big with stocks or data.

Dislikes

Working hours are so stretched that you don't have a work life balance. Salary policy is poorly managed.

My profile was student relationship executive and it was like keep on calling per day there was 150 calls so i don't think it will make growth so i am looking for some other field back office job

...many teams. So sometimes employees get different department of not their choice. Salary is quite low comparatively NSE for same post.

The unique experience of working in a stock exchange and an insiders point of view into the operations is good.

1.Unlike what others think the work life balance is not good. There is excess work and lack of funds to hire new talent. 2. There is no corporate culture (in a bad way) . No proper policies and procedures. 3.there isn't even an induction program for new employees to know the seniors and management. 4. Most vintage employees are unprofessional, incompetent and entitled. They have survived due to the job security . 5. Wouldn't recommend to anyone if this not their first job . 6. No flexibility to WFH even during emergency as they are still working on desktop.
