I'm extremely disappointed with my experience working at Bombay Shirt Company. Despite my hard work and dedication, the company has failed to pay my salary on time. It's been 30-9-2024 since my last payment, and I've had to follow up multiple times to get any update. The lack of transparency and communication from the management has been frustrating, to say the least. I've tried to resolve this issue amicably, but it seems like the company is not taking my concerns seriously. I would not recommend working at Bombay Shirt Company to anyone. The company's priorities seem to be misplaced, and employees are not valued or respected. Rating: 0/5 stars

They have a nice Office, and they have Saturday off this is the only 2 thinks i like about them. This review is for Lower Parel Office. (Mumbai)

Dislikes

The only thing I did not like about them was their treatment of individuals who came for interviews. Neither the receptionist not the HR person bothered to ask a glass of water, yet after a hour of waiting in front of them, they eagerly offered coffee and tea to the another visitor, it made me feel disheartened. I had been seating in front of them for 2 hr while they indulged in their own gossiping without extending basic courtesy. Following my interview i waited for a reply for 2-4 days, but they did not updated me on result. even i tried to contact them, but they ghosted me. I have no insights how the company operates, but based on this experience it appears they need to prioritize ''Human Ethics".

The location of the job is quite convenient and it's a nice office.

Dislikes

Works on nepotism. All the top managment is either friend's to a CEO or a family. Hence, when it comes to job security consider yourself out even if your hard working. Besides you can't even complain to anyone cause nor will an HR listen to you nor would a CEO.

At Bombay Shirt Company, I like the Culture, Flexibility of Work, and Friendly Nature of Our colleagues in BSC. In Bombay Shirt, we Celebrate together e.g. Birthday Celebrations, etc.

Dislikes

If there are pros, then there will be Cons. But till now Everything is going well. There is nothing to dislike about working at BSC.

The best work culture. Working with Bombay shirts company is completely a different experience than the other retailers. If you have a right attitude towards the work and want to grow in your professional life Bombay shirts company is the destination.
