It's a really good place to work, not only there are a lot of people to help you but also there are people to mentor you and help you out in each and every thing. The culture of the company is amazing. Gives you alot of opportunities to work and grow

The company give multiple chances to learn and grow in various spheres of life. The upper management is ready for feedbacks. Fast paced and experimental to keep you on toes always. Helpful people to keep you motivated

Dislikes

Lots of politics, poor middle management thus killing innovative talents and forcing them to stick to the rules they set, no proper delegation of work, ambiguous communication, lack of proper HR policies and inter-team coordination and lack of professionalism leading to inefficient work culture, No focus on mental health or making workplace inclusive. And last but not least, treating humans like robots.

The brand mindset is not clear and mid management is not at all impactful. Also brand is way behind the competitors when it comes to product launches inventory and sales planning and automation .
