Disgusting office, no work life balance, wants employee to work for 24 hours and 7 days, uncultured staff, toxic management, salary never on time, promotions only to favourite employees, zero job security, no skill development, less staff and high volume work, you’ll become donkey please don’t join this circus

The company give multiple chances to learn and grow in various spheres of life. The upper management is ready for feedbacks. Fast paced and experimental to keep you on toes always. Helpful people to keep you motivated

Lots of politics, poor middle management thus killing innovative talents and forcing them to stick to the rules they set, no proper delegation of work, ambiguous communication, lack of proper HR policies and inter-team coordination and lack of professionalism leading to inefficient work culture, No focus on mental health or making workplace inclusive. And last but not least, treating humans like robots.

The brand mindset is not clear and mid management is not at all impactful. Also brand is way behind the competitors when it comes to product launches inventory and sales planning and automation .
