Yah I like this company and I am very thankful for learning from this company and all the staff are very helpful but everybody wants growth in his career. I am looking for a better opportunity.

Delay in salary. For this reason You can't pressure your junior to work and after sometime you may can loss your working passion.

This company is worst worst and largest worst company. Third class 4th class company their is no any payment guarantee of salary

No salary timely salary is done every 6 month and only one salary is done after 6 month

I will be working there more than 1 yr I experience that company is good well cleanliness teamwork is good.

Too much delay of salary it will be above 1 month or 2 month or 6 months also yes you heard right too much delays of salary you have to beg for your own salary......thik twice..... before joining

Very good company with good culture and work satisfaction and scope for improvement

Daily Work pressure is high and compensation is decent scope for improvement is decresing and value for employees is decreasing slowly

There is lots of thing I have learned from BRFL, this is a very good company for learning new thing and experience about garment , fabric , merchandising , even designing ,about different country's fashions trends , experience about multiple Brands. Etc.

Nothing according to me accept salary delay.
