...et, I would prefer to use metro toiles while leaving. Which is a health concern. Very less salary package and the payment is also done only according to the managing director's comfort even after so much reminders. They keep weird rules of not talking to coworkers and we felt like a primary school kid while working. They do not have list of holidays and none of the national holidays are followed. Since it is a forensic lab, we get many evidences, all the evidences are put inside a plastic box mixed up, and it's our juniors job to search the sample while testing (some are also found spilled). They ask for feedbacks, but when honest reviews are given in a polite way, they get so offended and takes revenge by paying us late the upcoming month. No proper resignation procedure, if you inform them that you're planning to discontinue, they give you the worst treatment.

The only thing to like about the company are the fellow colleagues. And also the fact that you feel good with yourself because you start working since day one in the guise of "training".

Dislikes

...ot give the appointment letter or the ID the first thing when you start working! They do not pay you on time even after many reminders to get paid (yes you have to remind them!). They don't even have an official account setup for the payment, it is via Gpay. There is no particular holiday calendar or chart that would indicate when our leaves are. They have rules that are so stringent that you will go insane if it were not for your fellow colleagues, for example - do not speak with each other. The sanitation inside the office is horrendous, with the toilet being worse than the public toilets. They are extremely degrading to their fellow employees when it comes to work. If a mistake is made or not they'll make it a point to demean you. They'll make you stay back after the work time even if you have valid reasons (like living far) to not and then do not pay overtime or let you leave early the next day. Will definitely not recommend working here. If you really value your time and self worth do not come here.

Worst company ever to work they are more toxic then any toxic chemicals. They have this baseless rules such as you will not talk to your colleagues and they keep changing their rules according to their comfort and will target you unnecessarily and will mentally harrass you untill you leave the company and after leaving the company they won't give your salary after calling them thousands of time they will just ignore your call and will might block you too and they will ask other members to block you as well they treat you worse then ever and when they will give you salary they will deduct unnecessary amount and will pay you half and half of what promised I will never recommend anyone to work here.
