New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Worst Management,What will happen if a GET who got trained in the company become the CEO of the company. Humiliating employees for unknown reasons.... Disgusting policy to kill career both experience and freshers.Typical Lalla company (not a Italian based).Even a road side vendor have some working culture and professional ethics.

...very poor.Vendor should buy new pair of shoes/ slippers for payment follow up. In the name of appraisal they will deduct money from your salary. My advice: Think 100 times before you join this Lalla company.

there is no job security, any thing may happen at any time. they hire people for time pass. 50% of the employees are less than 3 year experience in the company. management have to learn how to treat employees. the company has the worst HR policies. no work-life balance. there will be no career growth. even after 2-3 years no major learning from job side. can't take decisions. all the decisions from a multi crore project finalisation to printer inject purchase will be decided by management. as an individual you are not entitled to take decisions. no scope to learn. nothing great in the job.

Dislikes

No work life balance, Terrible HR policies, Company run by family members only, No proper appraisals, Management promise big shits but reality is something else. No proper internal working system. A company's sweeper and an Engineer has equal reputation there. All the best if you think of joining The company.
