No yearly bonus. Less change to get promotion. No family get to gether plan program with head office teams once in a year .

...agement most of the people from small companies so thinking capacity also small. Tey give very less salary for bdm and also find loop to deduct incentives. They always demotivate people. They forced to do unethical work towards sales. Dont go to this company.

They changes SOP very frequently. For management positions they need little mature people.

Employees are not satisfied with their salary packages and increments, even after promotion very less increments are given and if they feel it as convincing spirit of HR it's not correct on employees satisfaction

Company has lot of Learning opportunities, work life balance is great. Even low performance is not challenged. You can retire here even if you just want to do minimal work.

Dislikes

...potential employees. No value, if you want to contribute more then your profile. No distinction in salary , if you give more , no one cares even if you want to do more. Tok political, too many Kingdoms, tok beurocratic, decision making is extremely complicated.
