Some of the staff members are nice. Incentives and salary are given on time (not during pandemic).

...ning also not done. Management is very biased, lots of favouritism and politics. Salary also is very little. Leave policy undefined. I do not recommend.

Management was approachable. Teammates were good and supportive.

There was a lot of politics and management didn't address our issues. Salary was average but appraisal was not good and career growth is slow. No job security.

Your KRA will not match the actual job you do. You will be given multiple responsibility and will be expected to be a super man, with all information.

Employees are treated like servant. You're not respected. You will be humiliated in front of all colleagues, even though you did do any mistakes. You have no right to speak.

Honestly speaking worth not working there speacially the people who have worked in better brands than body craft , all they need is money , they don't value employee experience they treat a new comer employee equal to or less than there old employees , they commit something n when it comes to salaries they trun there words or don't reply , i had an intention of taking a franchaise , company so called heads have no sense how to treat an employee who is willing to take there franchaise , the employee who is willing up for franchaise cannot be treated as common employees as he or she has a better background .all i need to say to others who r willing to join body craft plz be aware they expect more n pay ur salary to penny , pressure they build up on u is more so be aware of joining them .they think they r boss in market but sorry to say they r better brands than body craft .i regret of joining there n happy tht i changed my decision.

Dislike is the boss thinks he is from some other world n treat u like beggers , but inreturn he puts pressure on employees n literally begs to his employees for sales , at the end he wants sales no matter how u do , n when it comes to paying salary he is very cunning , thts wat all his employees talk about him , it's not only me .so be aware

A very bad experience before joining think twice company policy is worst they can remove you from your work at any time before informing us on prior and they give preference to only senior people who gives only sales have future there .
