...agement is transparent. there is a hug cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth it slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Staff were the best. Very humble, supportive and friendly

Dislikes

Management is pathetic, especially EA to MD named Anupma Saxena is worst HOD I have ever had. Non supportive, under-rated, never understanding, double sided faced personality.

bodyacare internation itself a big company .. we get job security there we can grwth by doing hard work and give our 100 percent . appraisail we ge once in a year , about travel company make a trip once in year they did not charge anythig form employee ,Politics ohhh no Politics dere, Word enviorment is quite enough , Work life is better
